Accounts and free access
Use an account and email address you control. Do not share credentials or bypass licence or eligibility checks. Eligible new accounts can try all features for 15 days, subject to one trial per mailbox and PC. After trial or paid access ends, the free version keeps two coding windows and Chat in one workspace; Dashboard and other paid extras are not included. Installed agents may require their own accounts or subscriptions.
The first 15 eligible early users receive free Lifetime access, limited to one gift per eligible mailbox and PC. A gift needs no payment method and starts no subscription. Creating another account does not reset eligibility.
Purchases
Monthly access is recurring. Lifetime is a one-time purchase of Vibeforge’s paid features, not an AI-provider subscription. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for browser checkout. The total, currency, taxes, billing interval and discount shown before payment determine your purchase; app prices are a guide until checkout confirms the total.
Eligible monthly subscribers receive a fixed $5 USD Lifetime upgrade saving after seven subscription days, including cancelled subscriptions with paid access remaining. There is no additional monthly-payment credit. The server verifies eligibility; checkout shows the final localized amount. Vibeforge checks for payment confirmation automatically after checkout. If access is delayed, contact support instead of paying twice.
Dodo’s buyer terms also govern its payment service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Cancellation
Monthly plans renew until cancellation is confirmed. Use Cancel subscription or Manage billing in Account settings before renewal. Confirmed cancellation stops future renewal and normally keeps access to the paid-through date. It is not itself a refund.
After a Lifetime upgrade, Vibeforge requests cancellation of existing monthly renewal. Account settings distinguish pending, failed/retrying and confirmed status. If pending or retrying, renewal may still occur: check Manage billing or contact support, especially near renewal. Signing out, uninstalling or requesting account deletion does not itself confirm cancellation.
Refunds and billing problems
For duplicate charges, missing access, mistaken payments or refunds, follow Refunds and support. Requests are reviewed with Dodo under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. No additional guaranteed refund window or automatic pro-rata refund is promised here. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.
A full refund or lost dispute can remove access granted by that purchase. An unrelated payment event does not revoke an early-user gift. Cancelling renewal and deleting personal data are separate requests.
Your projects and agents
You keep your rights in your content. You are responsible for the projects, commands, accounts and agent permissions you choose, and for reviewing AI changes before relying on them. Installed tools’ availability, charges, models and data handling are governed by their providers. Back up important files before destructive commands or restores.
